Here is everything you need to install your FileMaker software.
Use of the software is subject to the terms of the software license agreement included in the product as part of the product installer as well as the applicable Volume/Site license agreement provided below. By downloading the software, you agree that the applicable license agreement provided below constitutes a binding legal agreement between you, Licensee, and Claris International Inc. and/or Claris International (collectively “Claris”). If you do not agree to these terms, then do not download the software and promptly contact Claris. If you have purchased a license for a previous version of the software, please click here to find the software license agreement that applies to you.
For reference only. (You will only need the License Key to install if you are installing FileMaker Pro Advanced version 17 or earlier, or FileMaker Server version 16 or earlier).
Your license certificate is required for installation of:
- FileMaker Server versions 17, 18 and 19
- FileMaker Pro 18 Advanced
- FileMaker Pro 19

If you are a Perpetual license customer and your order includes Maintenance, the expiration date refers to the expiration date of your Maintenance contract. If you are an Annual license customer, the expiration date refers to the date your license expires (if you do not renew, after this date you will no longer have access to this page or a license to use the product).
